Cancellations and changes of reservations:
- Free of charge* until 17h00 the day before the lesson.
- From 17h00 the day before the lesson the full rate will be charged.
The communication runs through the ski school office and must be confirmed by the ski school office.
*In any case, a processing fee will be charged for the refund of services already paid for.
A refund can only be claimed in the event of an accident or illness and upon presentation of a medical certificate from a local doctor or in the event of cancellation within the aforementioned period. Refunds are also made in connection with COVID-19 (travel restrictions, quarantine, lock-down, etc.). There is no right to a refund in case of late arrival or premature termination of the lessons.
General: The prices shown on the Gstaad Ski School website are binding. No transport costs, costs of cable car (or other ski lift) tickets, equipment costs, etc. are included in the price. Please note that additional costs may arise for changes during the activity due to the weather, safety reasons or other occurrences.
The lesson and the fee for the lesson are cancelled only when the weather and snow conditions make it impossible for the snow sport to proceed (closed ski run facilities) or make it irresponsible for safety reasons. The ski school management /reserves the right to make this decision.
Group lessons: Ski school tickets are not transferable.
If there are fewer than 4 participants in a group lesson, the Gstaad Ski School also reserves the right to merge individual groups or cancel the class. Teacher changes can occur for organizational reasons.
Means of payment: we accept cash (CHF or Reka card) as well as all current credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Reka card and Postcard) as a means of payment.
Payment: Credit card payments in favor of the ski school are collected by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland ("TREKKSOFT"). TREKKSOFT will appear as TREKKSOFT TOUR BOOKING on your credit card statement. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT.Please send an e-mail to email@example.com for all inquiries regarding your credit card payments and chargebacks.
Liability: participants in activities are not insured by the ski school. The Gstaad Ski School declines any liability for accidents and other incidents involving the participants and third parties, during or
following the activities. All activities associated with snow sports instruction are carried out at your own risk. We recommend that participants take out accident and cancellation insurance.
Data protection: the personal data you give us will be treated confidentially and will be used for internal purposes only. Gstaad Ski School reserves the right to take photographs during the activities
and to use these without paying any compensation. Personal details / photographs will be blocked or deleted on request. We comply fundamentally with the GDPR regulations of the EU.
