When you contact us via the form on the website or by e-mail, we save the data you give us for the purpose of dealing with the enquiry and in case of subsequent questions. We do not pass these details on without your consent.

Data storage

We would point out that, for the purpose of a simpler test purchasing process from the webshop operator in the context of cookies, the IP data of the subscriber are saved, along with the name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and other data provided by the invoice recipient.

Furthermore, the personal data (name, address, date of birth, telephone number, etc.) of the recipient of the service are saved. There is no transmission of data to third parties.

After the termination of the purchasing process, the data we have saved will be deleted. In the event of conclusion of a contract, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until such time as retention period stipulated by tax law expires (7 years).

Data processing is carried out according to the legal provisions of § 96(3) of the Telecommunications Act (TKG) as well as art. 6(1)(a) (Consent) and/or (b) (required for fulfilment of the contract) of the
GDPR.
